Elizabeth Janney, Lizzie for short, is very excited to serve GreenTeenz RVA as the Clean-Up Chair! She fell in love with saving the environment ever since she used to go camping when she was little.

Leah is a senior at Deep Run High School who got involved with GreenTeenz after researching the impact of the climate crisis in a local Richmond Community. She plans to fight for environmental justice and educate others on the consequences of climate change that can be see throughout RVA during her time as secretary of GreenTeenz!

Macy joined GreenTeenz to see her friends while helping a cause she’s passionate about. Her favorite part of GreenTeenz are the clean ups, and she can’t wait to continue that and more during her time as a member!

She cares about the recent impacts of the environment on our world and recognizes that it is time for our generation to take a lead! She can’t wait too see what the future of GreenTeenz holds and how it is going to make an impact!

Caroline Everett

Caroline is a junior at the Steward School. Having grown up near the James River and the Chesapeake Bay, she has seen the effects of the increase of climate change and environmental damage in our local ecosystem, particularly our waterways. She joined GreenTeenz to help raise awareness of these struggles and strives to educate others on the topic!

Lauren joined Greenteenz to become more directly involved in educating people in her local community about ways to make a positive impact on the planet. The organization has helped her practice being more environmentally aware in her everyday life, and has also helped her meet people from so many different parts of Richmond, her favorite part of her experience with Greenteenz!

Molly is a senior at St. Catherine's School. She joined GreenTeenz because she wants to do what she can to promote environmental justice and awareness. She loves taking a hands-on approach to creating a positive impact and is excited to connect with passionate people from the RVA community!

Maddie is a senior at St. Catherine’s School. She became a member of Green Teenz because she is looking for a fun way to positively impact her planet with like-minded people from all over Richmond. Green Teenz has helped Maddie find ways to help her community through cleanups and civic engagement nights directly!
